Rachele Dimatteo, Chiropractic Assistant

The first voice and face you will see at Peabody Family Chiropractic is that of Rachele.  Before coming to work at Peabody Family Chiropractic, Rachele was a Food Service Professional for over 37 years.  She is a self -taught chef working with some of the great restaurant minds in Cambridge and Boston.  Her love of food allowed her to learn many different cuisines, including Mexican and BBQ as well as all-natural and vegetarian cooking.

After being a Chef in restaurants for many years, Rachele moved on to Food Service Management.  The last stage of her food career was in the Healthcare Industry working in Long Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities.  This was a very challenging task - feeding folks with so many different dietary requirements and restrictions.  There was great satisfaction in bringing joy to people’s lives through food.
This path led her here to PFC.  Rachele has been a chiropractic patient since 1990.  The long hours on her feet for so many years took its toll on her body.  When she moved to the North Shore from the Belmont area in 2003, she needed to find a new Chiropractor and Peabody Family Chiropractic was the place.

So when Rachele decided to leave the food industry in December of 2018, it seemed only natural that she would be a fit as the new chiropractic assistant at Peabody Family Chiropractic.  She has embraced the role and made it her own.  She takes pride everyday in learning Dr. O’Leary’ philosophy and they continue to grow as a team.
